Contact represents a person.

A contact may be associated with a Customer, Sales Partner or a User.

You can also add contact as a standalone record without linking it to any of the entities listed above.

To access the Contact list, go to:

Home > Offer > Masters > Contact

Or

Home > Offer > Masters > Customer > Contact & Address


1. How to create a Contact from Customer

  1. Go to the Customer and navigate to Contacts and Address Tab.
  2. Click on New Contact.
  3. Enter First Name and Last Name.
  4. Enter Company Name(Optional)
  5. Choose the status if the contact is passive, is open to contact or has replied.
  6. Enter Email, Mobile or Phone numbers. Mark them Primary as required
  7. Save. 
  8. The created contact will be associated to the customer


When you have multiple contacts against a customer, you can check 'Is Primary Contact' to indicate the preferred contact. The primary contact will be chosen automatically in offer an other transactions.
